27th Feb, Tianma Circuit which as East China's most influential car carnival event began. The event has encouraged many people who love outdoor activities especially Car racing enthusiast. However, the organizers of Tianma, insisted the professional event management to run. They focus on high standards of low threshold characteristics. Especially “ARS” Team which organized by J.NorwellCoquillard who is the former chairman and president of Cargill Investment Limited (China).
